	Biography
	Lynn Venturella has been involved in entertainment for over 40 years and is an expert in virtually every aspect of the industry. She began her career as a child actor in local theatre productions and went on to become a professional in Hollywood. At the age of 25 she started her career as very successful talent agent. Over the next 20 years she owned four agencies and represented many of the top models and upcoming actors of the time. Her roster included such stars as Lauren Hutton and Angie Everhart, and she discovered many stars such as Kristy Hume, Caprice and Gena Nolin. Over the years, Lynn has found that her greatest love is to help new talent be discovered and launch a career in entertainment. To this end, she co-founded Best New Talent Awards which has helped numerous young performers get their feet in the door of show business. The Talent Lynn has found and showcased have gone on to appear in many TV shows and movies including: ER, CSI, Judging Amy, Halloween town, neds d classified, high school musical, Scary Movie 3, Love Actually, Envy, American Junior, American Idol, Star Search, America’s Most Talented Kids and many more. Lynn also is the owner of American Camps for Talent which holds advanced acting and vocal camps and showcases for the serious performer. Most recently, Lynn has become more deeply involved in the music business. As one of the owners of Vivo Music, she is working with two top producers to develop and produce country and pop musical acts. Lynn also does private consulting for up and coming performers. She is an expert in acting, modeling, and music and loves to help talented performers find their way to succeed in this industry.
